Privacy and cookies policy
The Privacy and Cookie policy is intended to advise on matters related to the processing of personal data. Therefore, in this document, we inform about the legal grounds for the processing of personal data, the methods of their collection and use, the rights of data subjects and a number of other data required by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 7, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC. The document also contains information about how cookies are used.

Personal data: all information about an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors determining the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person, including device IP number, location data, internet identifier and information collected through cookies and other similar technology.
GDPR: Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 7, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws of the EU of 2016, L 119, p. 1).

CATEGORIES OF PERSONS AND SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSED ON THE SITE
The administrator processes personal data in a strictly defined, minimum scope necessary to achieve the purpose (s) for which they were collected.
- As part of the website operation, the following data are processed:
- website users – in this case, we process data resulting from the use of cookies and similar technologies as well as personal data stored in logs, i.e. IP address, request URL, domain name, device ID, browser type;
- people contacting via the contact form – in this case, we process data necessary to handle the correspondence we receive, i.e. e-mail address or other data of yours, if included in the correspondence addressed to us;
- people applying via our website or contacting us due to their interest in working for GAMP LTD – in this case, we process the data contained in the application and the data contained in the message sent to us, using the contact form.
OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF DATA FROM THE WEBSITE
- Below we provide information on possible reasons for processing your data and the legal basis for such processing:
- made available content collected on the website, related to the services provided and business activity – then the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), i.e. information about the services / goods offered in order to increase recognition and sales;
- the use of cookies to facilitate the use of the website as well as for functional, analytical and statistical (Google Analytics) and marketing (Facebook Pixel) purposes – based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), and in the case of cookies necessary on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
- answering your questions – the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), consistent with building positive relationships with people contacting us, based on reliability and loyalty. Sometimes your consent is also an attitude (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);
- recruitment and enabling the submission of applications via the website – then the legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);
- establishing, investigating and defending against claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The period of data storage by the Data Administrator depends on the purpose of processing.
In the case of data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 (1) (a) f GDPR – data is processed for a period enabling its implementation or until an effective objection to data processing is raised.
If the processing is based on consent, the data is processed until it is withdrawn or until the purpose for which it was collected expires. The data processing period may be additionally extended if the processing is necessary to establish, investigate or defend against any claims.
We will process the data of applicants for up to 6 months from the end of the recruitment. If you want your application documents to be included in the next recruitment procedure, you must inform us about it. You can do this by including, for example, the consent clause below in your application documents.

USER PERMISSIONS
- The User has the right to:
- access to data content – natural persons have the right to access data that we store as the Data Administrator. This right may be exercised by sending an e-mail to the following address: anne@anneberg.com.pl
- changes of personal data – changes, including updating your personal data, processed by the Data Administrator. This right may be exercised by sending an e-mail to the following address: anne@anneberg.com.pl
- withdrawal of consent – in the case of processing personal data on the basis of consent, natural persons have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This right may be exercised by sending an e-mail to the following address: anne@anneberg.ezg.pl
- the right to limit the processing or object to the processing of personal data – natural persons have the right to limit the processing or object to the processing of their personal data at any time, due to their special circumstance, unless the processing is required by law.
- A natural person may object to the processing of their personal data when:
- the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by the particular situation in which it has found itself;
- personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling for this purpose.

- The right to request the deletion of data and the right to transfer data – the right to delete data can be used, for example, when the data of a natural person will no longer be necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by the Data Administrator or when a natural person withdraws his consent to the processing of data by the Administrator data. Moreover, in the event that a natural person objects to the processing of their data or if their data will be processed unlawfully. The data should also be deleted in order to fulfill the obligation resulting from the law.
The right to transfer data is granted when the processing of a person’s data takes place on the basis of the consent of the natural person or a contract is concluded with him and when this processing is carried out automatically.

- Lodging a complaint – persons whose personal data is processed by the Data Administrator also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority about incorrect processing of their personal data. However, we hope that you will give us a chance to clarify the matter before submitting your complaint.
DATA RECIPIENTS
- In connection with the provision of services, your personal data may be disclosed to external entities.
- If you are a website user, your data may be disclosed:
- entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions;
- entities supporting us in the field of: IT and programming services, hosting services, marketing services, personal data protection services, or other entities supporting the administrator in the conducted activity;
- Google Ireland Ltd., Facebook Ireland Ltd. if you have consented to cookies.
- Google Ireland Ltd. and Facebook Ireland Ltd. may transfer information to third parties as long as it is legal or if third parties process such data on their behalf.
TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
The level of personal data protection outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may differ from that provided by European law. For this reason, the Administrator transfers personal data outside the EEA, only to entities that provide adequate guarantees for the protection of personal data.
We use analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, which are provided by entities that may be based outside the EEA. In connection with these tools, your data may be collected and transferred outside the EEA, but we would like to inform you that the service providers Google Ireland Ltd. and Facebook Ireland Ltd. have joined the EU-US Privacy Shield program and confirm that they comply with the privacy protection rules set out in GDPR regarding the collection, use and storage of personal data. Both entities declare that they provide a level of protection that meets the requirements of the GDPR.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS COOKIES
The website uses Google Analytics for statistical and analytical purposes. Respecting your right to privacy, we have enabled the anonymization of IP addresses of website Users in Google Analytics.

COOKIES MANAGEMENT

- To disable cookies, the “Accept cookies” option should be unchecked.

- Opera:
- Click on the browser menu and select “Settings”, then “Preferences”
- In the “Preferences” window, select the “Advanced” tab
- Select “Cookies” in the menu on the left
- To enable cookies, select the “Accept cookies” option
- To disable cookies, select the “Never accept cookies” option

- Safari:
- Click on the settings icon, and then select “Preferences”
- Select the “Privacy” panel
- To enable cookies, in the “Block cookies:” section, select the “Never” option. To only accept cookies from the website you visit, select the “From other entities or advertisers” box
