Quality policy
At ANNEBERG TRANSPOL Int. Sp. z o.o.,
the following policy assumptions apply:
Quality
We intend to:
- maintain and regularly check the understanding of employees and hired carriers for the importance of effective quality management,
- employ well-educated and motivated employees who demonstrate knowledge and understanding of quality requirements and customer expectations,
- maintain close, trust-based relationships with customers, hired carriers and the competent authorities,
- provide constant access to resources enabling the maintenance of the required level of quality and safety (e.g. by training drivers in BBS),
- consider complaints in such a way that the customer feels fairly treated and to prevent repeated complaints for the same reason, thus resulting in order to constantly improve the quality level,
- contributing to the promotion of high quality and safety standards in the transport industry,
- reduce the amount of damage and losses, and improve the quality management system on an ongoing basis by analyzing the recorded data about our activities,
- provide a protection plan for the safety of people and property (facilities and transport - cargo and vehicles) against damage or theft,
- conduct ongoing assessment of our objectives and policy in the field of quality to ensure their continued purposefulness and adaptation to the company's operations and its individual areas

Legal requirements
We intend to:
- comply with the requirements of the laws and other regulations relating to ANNEBERG TRANSPOL Int. Sp. z o.o.,
- comply with the applicable standards in terms of driving time and rest for drivers,
- observe the ban on taking alcohol and drugs during working hours.
Customer orientation
We intend to:
- constantly monitor the expectations and requirements of customers expressed in relation to transport services.
Occupational health and safety
We intend to:
- constantly increase the general safety of work,
- prevent accidents and protect health employee’s
- strive to obtain BBS training for 100% of employed drivers,
- develop understanding of the importance of health and safety activities, in particular, in particular not working while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Corporate social responsibility - CSR
We intend to:
- conduct business in a transparent and ethical manner,
- counteract discrimination and manifestations of corruption while ensuring the sustainable development of society,
- support local communities and non-governmental organizations in caring for health, education and recreation of the region's community.
